In 2008, Oroxcell owns two axes:
A unique “one-stop shopping” platform covering a broad spectrum of technologies:
- In vitro, ex vivo and in vivo ADME & Physicochemical diagnosis aimed at underlying key issues for optimal bioavailability, on one side and addressing the diagnosed key issues with most appropriate excipients through our formulation search engine (FSE) strategy.
- an innovative formulation strategy to improve either oral or percutaneous absorption, on the other side.
Its own discovery programs with :
- Compounds for visceral and neuropathic pain treatment for example. This collaborative R&D project is developed through partnerships with other biotech companies, clinicians and academics in order to cover unmet medical needs.
- Another example is to use under license SEDDS and SMEEDS formulation suitable for lipophilic compounds or innovative polymers aimed at improving solubility, for life cycle management strategies (oncology and pediatrics)
